About resetting your password

If you've forgotten your Gegsy password — or just want to set a new one — you can reset it from the login screen. Gegsy emails you a secure verification link, and once you verify your email you'll be prompted to save a new password.

Your Gegsy sign-in is separate from your Square login, so this resets your Gegsy password only.

Before you begin

You need access to the email address associated with your Gegsy account, since the verification link is sent there.

If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder before requesting another link.

Reset your password

1. Go to the Gegsy login page at https://app.gegsy.com/forgot-password. The Reset Password screen opens.
2. In the Email field, enter the email address associated with your Gegsy account, then select Reset.
3. Check your inbox for an email from Gegsy containing a verification link.
4. Open the email and select the verification link to verify your email address.
5. When prompted, enter and save your new password.
6. Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
