Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 19, 2026

Gegsy is committed to making our website and products usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that ordering from a local business should be easy for every customer, and we work to remove barriers that could stand in the way.

Our commitment

We aim to provide a website and apps that are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people of all abilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort — we treat it as part of how we design and build, not a one-time project, and we continue to improve as standards evolve and as we hear from the people who use our products.

Measures we take

We take a number of steps to keep our website and apps accessible, including:

Building on accessible foundations. We use semantic HTML, clear heading structures, and meaningful labels so the content works with assistive technologies such as screen readers.

Keyboard support. Interactive elements are designed to be reachable and operable with a keyboard, not only a mouse or touch.

Readable design. We aim for sufficient color contrast, scalable text, and layouts that respond to zoom and to a range of screen sizes.

Descriptive content. We provide text alternatives for meaningful images and try to write link and button labels that make sense out of context.

Ongoing review. We consider accessibility during design and development and revisit it as we ship changes.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 or later, at level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively working to reach and maintain full conformance across our website and apps.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. In particular:

Third-party content. Some features rely on third-party services — such as payment processing, live chat, and embedded media — whose accessibility we do not fully control. We choose providers with accessibility in mind and raise issues with them where we can.

Older or user-generated content. Some content, including material published by the businesses that use Gegsy, may not yet meet every guideline.

If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us — your feedback helps us prioritize fixes.

Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Gegsy. If you run into a barrier, or if you need information from this site in a different format, please contact us:

Email: support@gegsy.com (please include "Accessibility" in the subject line)

Tell us the page or feature involved, the problem you experienced, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using if you can. We aim to respond within five business days. Where something isn't yet accessible, we'll do our best to provide the information or help you complete the task another way.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility standards and our products both continue to change. We review this statement periodically and update it as we make improvements or as our services evolve.
