Set up delivery for a location
Turn on delivery for a single location, set its delivery hours and prep interval, and choose whether to match your Square business hours.

- Gegsy merchants who want to offer delivery at a specific location and control its delivery hours.
- Anyone managing more than one location that needs different delivery settings per store.
About delivery settings for a location
The Delivery tab controls delivery for one location: whether the location offers delivery, how far ahead customers can schedule, and which hours it accepts delivery orders. Settings here apply only to the location you're editing, so each store can run delivery on its own schedule.
These per-location settings are separate from your account-wide delivery configuration in Operations → Delivery, where you set up how delivery is fulfilled and priced across your business. Use this tab to fine-tune delivery for an individual location.
Before you begin
- Available on all plans.
- You need the Locations permission to open the location editor. Account owners have it by default and can grant it to team members from Account → Team.
- A location's delivery hours can follow your Square business hours, so it helps to have your business hours set in Square first.
Open the Delivery tab
- Open Locations (
https://app.gegsy.com/locations). - Find the location you want to edit and select the Edit (pencil) action on its row.
- In the editor, select the Delivery tab.
Turn delivery on or off
At the top of the tab, under Delivery, use the Do you want to offer Delivery? toggle to enable or disable delivery for this location. When it's off, customers won't be offered delivery from this location.
Where delivery actually reaches is controlled separately on the Delivery Zone tab, which lets you narrow the delivery area for this location. Delivery is handled by a third-party courier partner, and the available partner depends on the location; the Delivery Zone tab can only narrow the coverage that partner already supports. Match your Square business hours
Use the Match your business hours on Square for delivery at this location toggle to decide where this location's delivery hours come from:
- On — delivery hours follow the location's Square business hours. The weekly editor below becomes read-only and shows the note: These hours follow your Square business hours. Turn off "Match Square hours" above to edit them.
- Off — you set delivery hours by hand in the Fulfillment Hours editor below.
Set the delivery interval
Under Time Intervals, set how much lead time delivery orders need with the interval selector. The helper text reads Set the time needed to prepare orders. This is the spacing between available delivery times customers can choose, in minutes.
Set delivery hours
The Fulfillment Hours section is a weekly editor with one row per day. For each day you can:
- Mark the day Closed, or
- Add one or more time slots with a Start and End time using Add time slot, and remove a slot with Remove time slot.
If Match your business hours on Square for delivery at this location is on, this editor is locked and mirrors your Square hours; turn that toggle off to edit days and slots directly.
Each slot is validated. You may see Start must be before end., Invalid time slot., Overlaps the next slot., or Overlaps the previous slot. if a slot is set incorrectly. Fix any highlighted slots before saving.
Save your changes
When you're done, select Save changes to apply the delivery settings to this location. To exit without saving, select Cancel or Close.
