Delivery fees by order size, delivery fees by location, Needs attention in Live Orders, and more
Price delivery by order size, give each location its own delivery fee, close out old orders from Live Orders, and more.
Charge a different delivery fee on larger orders
What changed: Delivery fee by order total lets you add up to five rows, each with its own delivery fee for orders from that amount up. With Managed Delivery, choose who pays the delivery fee in each row, such as covering part of the fee or all of it once an order gets big enough. When the next row costs less, the cart tells customers how much more to add to save on delivery.
Why it matters: Free or cheaper delivery on bigger orders gives customers a reason to add one more item, and you decide exactly where the fee drops.
Access: In your Gegsy dashboard, go to Fulfillment → Delivery and add rows under Delivery fee by order total. The same table is on Menu → Catering and on Menu → Group Orders (Pro plan). Customers see the fee and the savings message on your online store and in your app (version 2.6.4 or later).

Give each location its own delivery fee
What changed: With Managed Delivery, a new Delivery fee by location card lets any location use its own delivery fee split, free-delivery minimum, and order-size rows instead of your main settings. Set it once and copy it to other locations with Also apply to other locations. Catering and group orders each get their own card, so they can be priced differently too.
Why it matters: A location in a busier area or with longer drives can charge what makes sense for it, without changing delivery for every other location.
Access: In your Gegsy dashboard, go to Fulfillment → Delivery, select Managed Delivery, and select Edit next to a location under Delivery fee by location. For catering and group orders, use the same card on Menu → Catering and Menu → Group Orders (Pro plan). Customers see the location's fee on your online store and in your app.

Close out old orders from Live Orders
What changed: Live Orders has a Needs attention tab for orders that are still open in Square more than 24 hours after their pickup or delivery time, showing how late each one is. Mark complete closes an order in Square in one step, and Manage in Square opens any order in your Square Dashboard so you can refund, cancel, or edit it there.
Why it matters: Your board stays focused on the orders in front of you, and anything left open gets settled in a couple of clicks.
Access: In your Gegsy dashboard, go to Live Orders. The Needs attention tab appears only when it has orders. Manage in Square is on every order and on each order's details page.
Learn more: Track orders in real time with Live Orders
