Online ordering on the web, curbside pickup, smarter coupons, and more

Your customers can now order from any browser, curbside pickup is here, coupons can target days, categories, and items, and reports export to CSV or PDF.

Take orders on the web, no app required

Online orderingPayments

What changed: Every Gegsy merchant now has a web storefront where customers browse your menu by location and place pickup, curbside, delivery, or catering orders right from their browser. Checkout takes Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a card, and customers can apply coupons, redeem loyalty rewards, and pay with store credit.

Why it matters: You reach the customers who will never download an app, with one link you can share on social media, Google, and your receipts.

Access: In your Gegsy dashboard, go to Settings → App Toolkit and copy your link from the Gegsy Storefront card.

Customers can track, review, and reorder online

Online orderingOrders

What changed: Signed-in customers see their open orders at the top of your storefront with live status, and can open My Account for their full order history and order details. Reorder puts a past order back in the cart, keeping only what's available at the location they picked.

Why it matters: Regulars get back to their usual order in a couple of taps, and fewer customers call to ask where their order is.

Access: Customers find their orders on your storefront under My Account. Open orders appear on the storefront home screen automatically.

Offer curbside pickup

OrdersOnline orderingMobile app

What changed: Turn on curbside pickup for any location. Customers choose curbside when they order in your app or on your storefront and can save their vehicle details, so your staff know which car to walk out to.

Why it matters: Customers who don't want to come inside still order from you, and handoffs at the curb go faster.

Access: In your Gegsy dashboard, go to Locations, open a location, and under Pickup turn on Offer curbside pickup. To update several locations at once, use the bulk fulfillment update on the Locations page.

Target coupons by day, category, or item

Marketing

What changed: Coupons can now be limited to certain days of the week and can apply to the entire sale, to one or more categories, or to specific items. Choose whether the discount hits the highest-value eligible item or every eligible item in the cart.

Why it matters: Run a Tuesday special or a deal on one menu category without discounting the whole order.

Access: In your Gegsy dashboard, go to Marketing → Coupons, open or create a coupon, and set Valid Days and Applies To.

Learn more: Create coupons

Track your app's downloads and ratings

Mobile appReporting

What changed: App Metrics shows how your iOS and Android apps are doing: daily downloads, active devices, and ratings, with a filter for each platform.

Why it matters: See whether your in-store signs and promotions are actually getting your app onto customers' phones.

Access: In your Gegsy dashboard, go to Mobile App → App Metrics.

Learn more: View app metrics

Export your reports to CSV or PDF

Reporting

What changed: Export your Home dashboard, orders, customers, and app metrics to CSV or PDF.

Why it matters: Hand numbers to your accountant or your team without retyping them into a spreadsheet.

Access: In your Gegsy dashboard, open Home, Orders → All Orders, Customers, or Mobile App → App Metrics, and use the CSV or PDF button.

Learn more: View and manage your orders

More detail on every order

OrdersReportingPayments

What changed: Order details now show discounts on each line item, the card brand and last four digits or the wallet used, whether the order came from your app or your storefront, and any refunds. Refunds are also reflected in order totals.

Why it matters: Answer a customer's question about a charge or a discount without opening Square.

Access: In your Gegsy dashboard, go to Orders → All Orders and open an order.

Item pages search engines can find

WebsiteOnline ordering

What changed: Each item on your menu now has its own page on your storefront with its photo, description, and price, plus a link to order it. Your storefront is listed in a sitemap so search engines can find it.

Why it matters: Someone searching for a dish you serve can land on your item and order it, not on a delivery marketplace.

Access: Nothing to set up. Item pages are created from your menu automatically.
