Annual billing, media library upgrades, clearer domain setup, and more
Pay for Gegsy once a year at a lower monthly rate, reuse images and videos from your media library everywhere, and get step-by-step help connecting a custom domain.
Pay for Gegsy annually
What changed: Gegsy plans can now be billed once a year, up front, at a lower monthly rate. Switch between monthly and annual on the Manage Plan page, and every plan card shows whether its rate is per location.
Why it matters: You lock in a lower rate and have one less bill to track each month.
Access: In your Gegsy dashboard, go to Account → Billing → Manage Plan and choose Annual.

Reuse images and videos from your media library
What changed: Pick your storefront logo and existing videos straight from your media library. WebP images are accepted everywhere you can upload a JPG or PNG, every image upload uses the same crop-and-describe step, and Gegsy offers to shrink an image that's too large instead of rejecting it.
Why it matters: Upload a photo once and use it anywhere, with alt text included, so your storefront stays fast and accessible.
Access: In your Gegsy dashboard, go to Media. You'll also see the library whenever you upload or choose an image.

Clearer custom domain setup
What changed: The Custom Domain page now lists every record you need, including www, and recommends a TTL. If your domain isn't working yet, Gegsy tells you why: a record still needs changing, DNS is still updating (with how many public DNS servers already see the new record), or Gegsy is finishing setup on its side.
Why it matters: You know whether to fix something or simply wait, so your domain goes live sooner with fewer support calls.
Access: Available on the Pro plan. In your Gegsy dashboard, go to Storefront → Custom Domain.
