• Gegsy merchants who want to understand the metrics and quick tools on the Home screen of their dashboard.

About the Home dashboard

When you sign in to Gegsy, the Home screen is your landing page — a snapshot of how your business is performing, plus quick access to your storefront link and the latest product updates. The left-hand menu is how you move between sections (Orders, Customers, Menu, Locations, and more), and the filters at the top let you focus the data by location, order source, and date.

Filter and export your data

At the top of the Home screen you'll find:

• Location — view all locations together or focus on a single one.
• Source — filter by where orders came from.
• Date — choose the day or period to view. Metrics are compared against the prior equivalent period (for example, "vs Prior Monday").
• CSV and PDF — export the current view for your records.

Key Metrics

The Key Metrics section summarizes performance for the selected period, each with a percentage change versus the prior period (green for up, red for down). It's grouped into:

• Sales — Net Sales, Gross Sales, Transactions, and Average Net Sales.
• Tips & Delivery — Tips, Delivery Tips, and Delivery Fees.
• Tax & Fees — Tax Collected, Discounts, Refunds, Processing Fees, and App Fees.

Customers and fulfillment

• Customers — Total Customers, Returning Customers, Average Visits per Customer, and Average Spent per Visit.
• Fulfillment Types — the split between Pickup and Delivery orders.

Top items and categories

• Items (by gross sales) — your highest- and lowest-selling items, with gross sales and order counts.
• Categories (by gross sales) — the same view, grouped by menu category.

Performance by location

The Locations table breaks down Net Sales, Transactions, and Tips for each location, with the change versus the prior period. Use the search box to find a specific location, and select a column header to sort.

Quick tools on the Home screen

On the right side of the Home screen you'll also find:

• Gegsy Storefronts — your live web storefront link, with a button to copy and share it.
• App Referral Program — your referral payout, your referral code, and links to copy your referral link or view referrals.
• What's New — the latest Gegsy features and product updates.
