View and manage your customers

Who is this article for?

  • Gegsy merchants who want to view their customer directory, review a customer's history, and block numbers or addresses.

About the Customers section

The Customers section is your customer directory — everyone who has ordered from or signed in to your app or storefront. From the Customers menu, you can open:

  • Customers — the full directory.
  • Blocked Numbers — phone numbers blocked from placing orders.
  • Blocked Addresses — addresses blocked from receiving deliveries.

Browse your customer directory

Open Customers → Customers. The page shows the total number of customers and a table listing each customer's First name, Last name, Email address, Phone number, First app login, and Status.

To find someone, use the Status filter or the Search box (search by name, phone, or email). Select Reset to clear the filters, or CSV to export the list.

View a customer's details

Select any customer to open their Customer Details page, which shows:

  • Customer Profile — Customer ID, phone, email, first login, and status. Select Update Status to change it.
  • Gift card on file — any gift cards linked to the customer, with current balances.
  • Total Orders and Total Revenue — the customer's lifetime totals.
  • Order History — a table of the customer's past orders (source, type, items, location, dates, payment status, and status).

Select Back to Customers to return to the directory.
