Block a delivery address

• Gegsy merchants who want to stop a specific address from receiving delivery orders — usually to prevent fraud or abuse.

About blocked addresses

Blocked Addresses lets you stop specific addresses from receiving deliveries. It's one of Gegsy's risk tools, useful for preventing repeat fraud or problem deliveries.

Block an address

1. Go to Customers → Blocked Addresses.
2. Select + Block Address. If your list is empty, select Block Your First Address.
3. In the Block Delivery Address dialog, set:
4. • Address (required) — start typing and select a valid address from the autocomplete.
   • Reason (optional) — a note for your own records (for example, fraudulent activity or repeated chargebacks).
4. Select Block Address.

Once blocked, that address can no longer be used for delivery orders, and it appears in your Blocked Addresses list.
